Ah, the advantages of being an atheist. I am free to judge people as I see fit. And I would suggest that he is indeed resting in peace. The man showed no signs of regret regarding the wholesale slaughter for which he was directly responsible when alive. So I doubt if he is much troubled by it now he is dead.
