The Missouri Synod and Wisconsin Synod do not ordain women. They are rather conservative.

The diocese of Lincoln, NE does NOT have female altar servers. We do great with vocations to the priesthood.

Probably the two things are related at least a bit.

There are dioceses out there so messed up that they intentionally do not try for vocations. They want the seminary numbers in the toilet so they can push priestless parishes and eventually women priests because everything is so bad.

By the way, Episcopalians also have a vocations crisis and they allow women priests and married priests. Somehow that doesn't fix the problem. What will fix the problem is faithfulness.
