Human resource management is typically reserved for women and minorities. Corporations hire them so they can show the world how "diverse" they are. I guess AI will be putting them all out of work.

My belief it will be one overlord and he, she, or it will be one bada** leader. The way technology is going it might be an AI or transhuman lol Only time will tell. I just hope I live long enough to see it. Peace

I am also wondering if the beast prophesied in the Book of Revelation will actually be a great computer system. If the ruler is an AI created one he will need communication with the computer network and a great deal of programming to take charge. I would also imagine a world financed by BitCoin and managed by a great computer in which you would need a coded tattoo to gain access to your account. As this will become the standard of currency you will not be able to live a functional life without it...

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

I forgot the Wachowskis were trans. Of course now I remember them as the Wachowskis and Wachowski Brothers. Then in about 2010 I think they were the Wachowski Sisters. Not sure of the timeline.

There is a YouTube video called Hal Pacino where they put several of Al Pacino's characters voices over HAL's from 2001. I can't put it as there is a lot of...harsh language (for lack of a better term. If you don't mind the rougher, cruder language it is an amusing video.

I don't really see how. AI is not the silver bullet that will solve everything. It is meant to help accelerate decision making.

AI will not run a country as no sane politician will connect AI to all levers of power. AI might cause huge damage if no limit is put on it, but ultimately it can't take over and start making self serving decisions.

All these talk about out of control AI is as fiction as Hollywood movies. AI can't be self sustaining regardless how some Google employees had said their AI became sentient. You still need servers to host the program. Engineers to catch programming bugs. Electric grid to power it. Humans to physically hook up all the network connectivity. All these external hardware and human resource requirements can easily be disrupted.

If AI ever takes over know for sure there is a human behind allowing it to happen.
