Am praying that God will bless you and keep you -- I pray that his angels and Holy Spirit will bring healing in the name of Jesus.

I have had some issues in the past with my gums and I found a fantastic natural remedy in something called Xylitol which is a natural sugar that you can get at health food stores, Walmart etc. It looks like sugar crystals/powder.

Just like your GI tract has a biome so also does your mouth. We have good and bad bacteria in our mouth. The good bacteria gives us healthy gums and prevents tooth decay. Most forms of mouthwash and tooth paste that kill bacteria - are killing both the good and the bad bacteria. And the net result is tipped a bit toward the bad outcome more than a good one over the long run. Xylitol feeds the good bacteria and is not usable by the bad bacteria in your mouth.

Like mouthwash this is not something you eat or swallow. You just put it on a tooth brush and brush your teeth , gums and tongue with it. Then rinse with a mouthwash that also has Xylitol in it - which you can get at almost any pharmacy over the counter.
