Also be sure to check any meds he might be taking for side effects.
Allergy meds are prescribed like candy and some have very bad neurological side effects, Singular/Montelukast one example, nasty, nasty.

I pray that God would pour out His mercy on that 11 year old and take away his/her suicidal thoughts. I also pray that God would soften the hearts of the classmates and get them to stop bullying.

The essence of suicidal ideation is hatred towards the world that harms him. In order to retaliate against this world, he is willing to destroy himself together with this world. Only when he feels truly pure love from God, will he let go of hatred and choose to forgive in response to this love. This may be a long process ,that requires a lot of people to constantly intercede.
