I'd say sending the Ukrainians $100 billion worth of warfighting materials which they have used to kill between 125,000 and 400,000 Russians, destroying much of their armor, transport and aircraft is pretty robust response by any measure.

We know Secretary Austin had some immediate communications with his Russian counterparts. And I expect the State Department has also been active. Austin has also said we're going to continue flying our drones in that area.
