I'm not an expert on Islam. It's my understanding that only those men who willingly give their lives fighting for the faith are so rewarded. If they die as martyrs, they enter immediately into paradise and spend eternity in the company of beautiful young women. Other Muslims are judged by Allah, who decides if their earthly deeds warrant their admission to heaven or hell.

Where do these virgins come from? Allah just wills them into existence to be someone's sex slave?
I imagine a lot of these "martyrs" are pretty much rapists and thugs in their earthy life. Does Allah let them smack them around or does he intervene and act as some sort of bouncer? "Hey cool it off on the rough stuff Hassan." If one gets killed during a drunken rage.. does Allah magically give them another one?

Little known fact, Allah likes to keep the virgin's IQ so not to make the martyr's feel inadequate about their own intelligence. Some leading experts think the IQ is around 75 to 80. But the debate rages on.
