Khan is facing charges of causing/procuring/allowing false voter registration of self/another person, submission of fraudulent registration to Secretary of State, submission of fraudulent candidacy petition, aiding/abetting the commission of fraud at any election, subscription of fictitious names to nomination petitions, false nomination/declaration of candidacy, fraudulently casting votes . . .

If he broke the law then he should be prosecuted. One thing I'm wondering though is how you know he's a Democrat. I can't find anything anywhere indicating his political affiliation, including the link you cited.
Exactly. If he was a Republican the media would surely have said so.

It appears that Lodi city council seats are non-partisan. None of the current office holders’ parties are listed and I can’t find anything in any of their election-related literature regarding party affiliation:

How do you know that he’s a Democrat?

This is pretty local to me (I'm in Sacramento; Lodi is about 30-40 minutes away), and I haven't even seen anything in the more recent local coverage that mentions Mr. Khan's political affiliation. I don't think it really makes sense to say that it would be mentioned if he were a republican, since the political affiliations of known Democrat or Republican politicians aren't mentioned in articles in the local news, either. So I would think it would only be mentioned if there was something that made it particularly surprising or noteworthy, which it wouldn't be in either case.

Also, just to be clear, I feel like I should mention that the election fraud that Mr. Khan is accused of perpetrating appears to relate to his own election, not to the much more highly-publicized claims of election fraud concerning the 2020 Presidential election.

Ah, so your only evidence is the claim of the ever-trustworthy Dinesh Dsouza. False. How dare you assume Mr. Dsouza is lying. Do you have any evidence whatsoever to support your claim?

@Valletta

ok, what other evidence do you have?

You make a mistake trusting the same media sources that deliberately suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story and were involved in hoax after hoax. It's not my fault the left-wing media suppresses information that discredits leftists.

IOW: you don’t have any other sources.

How dare you assume Mr. Dsouza is lying.

lol, how dare I? The guy was a birther, said that Charlottesville was staged, and was denounced by CPAC for trash talking the kids from Stoneman Douglas High School. He’s a fraud.

I’ll ask again - do you have any evidence that this guy was a Democrat, other than the word of Dinesh Dsouza?

So you were wrong.
lol, no, I wasn’t wrong. At the bottom of your article, it says:

which links here:

What is conservativebrief.com ?

It’s a commentary site partly owned by Dinesh Dsouza:

It’s quite clear that you don’t have any evidence of his party affiliation beyond the word of Dinesh Dsouza.

That's false. Do you happen to be a laptop denier?

Because I like to find actual sources for things (not brain-droppings from imaginations of wannabe political pundits), I looked at the San Joaquin County report of votes cast in the 2020 national election (I couldn't find anything about the local election Mr. Khan is accused of interfering in, probably because nobody has really cared about Lodi in particular since CCR sung that song about being stuck there in the 1960s) that shows that the county went for Biden/Harris over Trump/Pence by a pretty wide margin -- 55.61% to 41.79%. I'm not sure what we can claim from that what Mr. Khan's political affiliation must be (after all, it's not like ~42% is a small percentage of Republicans), but if someone wanted to claim based on that that Mr. Khan is probably more likely to be a Democrat than a Republican, I wouldn't object. It's probability rather than evidence, but even that's better than whatever dumb nonsense Dinesh D'Souza has to say, which is, until proven otherwise, based on nothing at all.

He may very well be a Democrat, but I can't find anything definitive and it's quite clear that the OP doesn't have any evidence, either, beyond what's already been pointed out.

There are two sources you two don't wish to accept. Many on the left have fallen for hoax after hoax, the Russia Russia Russia hoax, the Hunter Biden hoax, but rather than admit they are wrong they launch into attacks on those who disagree with their political agenda. Assuming a simple thing like Democrat or Republican must be wrong because someone has a different political ideology typifies what has happened with so many Democrats. They simply don't want to dialogue with those with alternatives to their agenda, Nancy Pelosi essentially excluded about half of the people's representatives from discussions. Then when they make mistakes they try to downplay those mistakes or cover them up. Why won't reporters who won Pulitzers for what turned out to be a hoax give back their Pulitzers? If you doubt something call up the sources. I've spoken with New York Times and Associated Press reporters, I was not afraid to call them up. Now I don't always get answers, I spoke with one AP bureau chief and asked why a key fact was excluded from a long story and all I got was a long long silence. But at least I tried. Check out the two sources and get back to us on the response.

Certain my looks like he’s been up to no good.

Bung him in gaol.

Edit: this really annoying. I lost a great opportunity to go out on a limb about this guy being a democrat being wrong!

Even going back to 2020 on his money laundering (via Fox40, no less) and there is no mention of him being a democrat.

Curses! Given the criming he’s accused of (the kind of stuff the A-Team might be hired by the locales to stop) I’d have thought it he would be a shoe in for the GOP.

I take it you didn't bother to contact the sources.

I take it you haven't any evidence that this guy is a democrat and not republican.
