There is a bill in the legislature in California right now that will transition the state to a 4-day work week (3 days off per week)! They may roll this out everywhere!

Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

Unfortunately for some people, it won't work that way. I work for a plasma center and it will be open six days a week soon. In order to allow people to only work four days, they would have to hire more people and it isn't cost-effective for them to do that.

Hmm one thing if you like my son works for Lockheed Martin (I am sure others places do it) he can work 10h you know 4 days 3 off. But lol works 5 days.
