The church is a family of all ages and backgrounds. Splitting people by age or background is not Biblically Christian. It opens doors to 'Youth Pastor' abuse, peer pressures and another nasties. When young people and old people meet together they can encourage one another, trade wisdom for energy. 'Treat older people as fathers'-the Apostle Paul.
