That's what people do when the government tramples on their basic human rights.
You think that instating a military coup after you lose an election is a basic human right?

That explains things.

The right to speak is a basic human right. But Brazil, much like the United States, doesn't recognize that right. It's something they learned from our government.

What basic human right is being trampled and in what way?
Turns out Twitter was alive and well in Brazil during the elections. Doing the same thing they've been doing here. Banning and suppressing the voices of people somebody didn't like hearing. I guess the CIA was enforcing Twitter's "terms of service" in Brazil just like they've been doing here.

To keep an unpopular president in office when he loses? (At least that's what American insurrectionists like Bannon, Ali Alexander, et al. have been pushing for weeks and are again today.)

I don't know about Brazil, but the First Amendment is still intact here.

I don't know about Brazil, but the First Amendment is still intact here.

We have the Federal government dictating to Twitter who can and cannot speak on their platform. A sitting member of Congress wrote to Twitter demanding that a reporter be banned from the platform. That sitting member of Congress being responsible for more lies, disinformation, and misinformation than anyone else you can think of. The FBI is actively communicating with Twitter to have posts removed and users shadow banned.

Trust me. The first amendment is anything but intact right now.

So does that mean the FBI isn't in fact monitoring social media and having posts made by American citizens removed?
I wonder why the FBI is still letting you talk.
