Excuse me while I bury my head a little bit deeper in the sand. Until God does something to show His approval for Trump then the best thing we can do is ignore him.

While I believe the social media message is an inappropriate Christmas greeting for a Christian, especially on Christmas day, I don't believe Trump is actually saved either.

The only thing that really bothered me was the pastors who jumped on the money and power bandwagon that ended up surrounding Trump.

It was such a good opportunity for the church to minister to Trump for the salvation of his soul but instead there was no good pastor of God around him.

I'm sure some of it had to do with itching ears ..

However, while Trump is a candidate even those who voted for him last time are far less likely to vote for him again now, for many reasons.

Republicans themselves are ready to see who the Republican party will run, and happy for the candidate to be someone else.

Therefore - I don't know why democrats pay so much attention to every word out of Trump's mouth.

Perhaps because some are lambasting the current president who, while acknowledging the holiness of the season, also respects the diverse spiritual beliefs of others.

There are appropriate greetings and inappropriate ones, and maybe some need a reminder of what is inappropriate.

The 'season' and the 'holiness of the season' are about Jesus. Not about the political desires of left and right, nor even about 'diversity'.
