For years, our federal government has quietly operated a protect-Biden racket. The public, however, has only recently — and haphazardly — learned of the lengths federal law enforcement officials and government employees have gone to safeguard the Biden family secrets. Here are eight times our government squelched scandals.
1. Censoring the Hunter Biden Laptop Story

The most recent and most well-known example of the feds protecting the Biden family stems from efforts by intelligence agencies to squelch news coverage of the New York Post’s reporting that Hunter Biden “introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company.” The Post discovered that detail, and many more implicating Joe Biden in a pay-to-play scandal, in a cache of emails and text messages recovered from a laptop Hunter had abandoned at a Delaware computer repair store.

It really makes me sad that the editor of The Federalist is married to Megan McCain. I don't think her father would have approved of his career.

Six of the eight stories are about Hunter's laptop. One about Hunter getting a gun. One about a diary that was "reportedly" Ashley Biden's.

The Hunter Biden laptop is full of information which certainly looks to me it is of a criminal nature. Joe Biden has publicly claimed he knew nothing about Hunter's business dealings. and that is refuted by the evidence on Hunter's laptop. So we have a situation where the FBI not just suppressed information about Joe Biden as he was running for president, but also worked with social media to put out false information in regard to that evidence. The same FBI that was involved in trying to frame Trump in the Russia Russia Russia hoax.

Since Giuliani has had full access to the contents of the "laptop", why not disclose exactly what you believe implicates Joe Biden in a crime?

So we have a situation where the FBI not just suppressed information about Joe Biden as he was running for president, but also worked with social media to put out false information in regard to that evidence.

This was Trump's FBI working hard against Trump in favor of his rival? What information about Joe Biden was suppressed by the FBI? What false information did the FBI push?

The same FBI that was involved in trying to frame Trump in the Russia Russia Russia hoax.

The FBI did not try to frame Trump. He and his campaign were involved with Russian nationals, but not the point of criminal conspiracy. Russia Russia Russia did interfere with the 2016 election, favoring Trump and disfavoring his rival.

The director of the FBI in 2016 helped tank Trump's rival's campaign with unprecedented and against department protocol announcements within weeks of election day. But he refused to pledge loyalty to the president instead of to the country, so the top ranks were purged and Trump installed his own people into FBI leadership. It is this leadership that you are claiming refused to sabotage his 2020 rival?

How ridiculous does this laptop story need to be before we can give it the Elsa treatment?

It's the election all over again. Shocking stories of impropriety with no evidence.

I'm all for an investigation to parce out actual crimes but what's going on now is nothing of the sort and you should seriously consider taking a break until something meaningful happens with.

Like the 51 intelligence agents saying the laptop was Russian propaganda - only to find out a year later that it is Hunter's.

Shapiro is a political hitman, and Obama alum, having worked as press secretary for the Obama for America campaign in Chicago in 2007 and then moving to the Obama White House before he became Brennan’s man. He now runs 10th Avenue Consulting, scooping up $20,000-a-month gigs for such Dem luminaries as Gavin Newsom.

In the meantime, the IRS failed to audit Trump's tax returns until forced to by the newly Democratic House Ways and Means Committee in 2019...and considering his company's recent criminal conviction on 15 years of tax fraud, compounded with tax returns that befit a McDonald's cashier instead of an (alleged) captain of industry, that is quite a bit of "protection" he maneuvered.

Trump owns a lot of businesses, if accounting firms make mistakes they are insured. What Joe has done is influence peddling, his family has raked in tens of millions of dollars from the Chinese.
