When you get baptized, an indelible spiritual mark is put on your soul, and nothing can remove this.

In some places, the demand for debaptisms has been going up, which could be rather surprising.

“What’s a debaptism?” you might ask. “Is that even a thing? How can you un-pour water on someone?”

The short answer is that No, debaptism isn’t a thing, but that hasn’t stopped people from asking for it. And yes, “debaptism” is the language they use. The Pillar explains:

The Catholic Church in Belgium reported on Wednesday a sharp rise in the number of people asking for their names to be removed from baptismal registers.
The Church’s latest annual report, published on Nov. 30, said there were 5,237 such requests in 2021, compared to 1,261 in 2020 and 1,800 in 2019. …
Nevertheless, a rising movement in Europe promoting ‘debaptism’ has encouraged Catholics to write to Church authorities asking to be removed from parish baptismal records. The movement is a consortium of several political and philosophical factions among European secularists.

You can lose your salvation through evil deeds, as it says in Matthew 7:21-23
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’

You can get a baptism annulled.

If I recall, there was a case in which a Jewish child was baptized against the wishes of the parents. Why they'd care, no idea. Also, if you had an invalid baptism by some hippy priest that used something other than water or referred to the Trinity incorrectly, you could do it. I have no idea why you'd want to pay for it to be investigated. Unless you are Catholic and wanted to annul a marriage to actually marry, it really wouldn't make sense. I suppose you could annul any sacrament.

Interesting thought - you can pursue an annulment on the grounds of lack of consent. This can be a marriage during a drug addiction. So if you became Catholic, while on drugs, you could pursue annulling the whole thing. Seriously, I knew a priest that documented a groom was drunk during his wedding. Sarcasm - pro-tip, getting hammered before your wedding and make sure the priest knows.

‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
This verse indicates that though they believed and had faith,
They Didn't Obey the WILL of the LORD and Listen to His Still Small voice when they heard it.
They were still in opposition to GOD.
