Do you believe the born again experience is a miracle from God?
Do you believe that you receive a new heart from God when you are born again?

Side Note:

I am not asking these questions because I don’t have the answers to them with Scripture. I am only asking to see what other believers believe.

Anyways, may God bless you all, and may you please be well in the Lord.

Being born again is a manifestation of His grace. The miracle is given our nature and my own is no different, He loves us enough anyway to bother to save us. Certainly in human terms then, it is a miracle.

Scripture is clear we get a new heart ( not the thumper in our chest though).

Are you sure that a born again experience, as genuine and meaningful as it is, really meets the definition of a "miracle?"

It doesn't involve any suspension of known scientific laws, etc. A burning bush that isn't consumed, walking on water, curing blindness with a touch...those are miracles.

Do you believe a person can give themselves a new heart or does God give a new heart? Do you believe a new heart is given in the born again experience?

You don't consider someone who had been against God, didn't believe, may have been involved in witchcraft, did drugs etc etc and who is given a new start, a new heart and made clean, to be a miracle?

If God intervenes in giving a person a new heart whereby they are no longer slaves to being a drug addict and they do a complete 180, that is a miracle. In other words, God changing lives is a miracle.

Born Again is receiving His Holy Spirit once lost through Adam. He has made His Home in us. It is the great Restoration through Jesus Christ of Nazareth. This is the Ultimate Gift to humanity.

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” (John 14:12).

I believe the greater works (miracles) would be the preaching of the gospel and His Word to lead God to change men’s hearts.

While I believe Ezekiel 36:26 is given as a promise to Israel and their entrance into the future 1,000 year reign of Christ, I also believe that the promise of Ezekiel 36:26 on the part about receiving a new heart and a new Spirit is included in the New Covenant package for believers today (After Pentecost).

I believe that people can have a "change of heart," yes. Does that violate the natural law or the laws of science? Not really.

Your looking at from a wrong naturalistic perspective. Do you believe that God gives believers a new heart when they are born again spiritually according to Ezekiel 36:26? Yes, or no? Can a believer have a new heart spiritually without the intervention by God? Yes, or no?

Not really. God, being the Creator of all that exists, and omnipotent, can do whatever he chooses, so there is no suspension of natural or scientific laws in that. Now, if he chooses to make a donkey speak English, that's different.

When I was born again spiritually, it was like a light went on inside of me and I was a completely different person. I had a love, joy, and peace that I had never known before. My desires then were to please God (Whereas before this was not the case). So to say this is not a miracle is just silly.

Just because God intervenes to make something happen--an intellectual commitment, in this case--does not mean that the natural order or scientific laws have been suspended by Him in order to accomplish it.

And if you had just learned of the most awful news you could imagine, you'd have been devastated, etc. Does that mean that you could not have experienced such a reaction (a light going off, we might say for comparison's sake) except that a miracle had been worked by someone?

When you come to faith in Christ, his righteousness is imparted to you, you are born again...I would say that's a miracle. However, I think it depends on how a miracle is defined, I believe a miracle is something done by God that occurs outside the laws of nature, so I think it fits by this definition.

Miracles are also somewhat rare events in today's world, since we have Gods revealed word to guide us. Would a saving faith be considered rare? I'm not so sure, there are tens of millions believers in the world today, maybe more.

Perhaps only God knows.
