Did you already thought about the things which set on fights?

1 – An angry person:

• Pro 15:18 -> “A wrathful man stirs up fighting, but one slow to anger calms fighting.”.
• Pro 29:22 -> “An angry man stirs up fighting, and a furious man abounds in sin.”

And the worst is that this kind of person abound in sin:

• Pro 17:14 The beginning of strife is like letting out water; therefore leave off fighting, before it breaks out.

2 – A person full of hatred:

• Pro 10:12 -> “Hatred stirs up fights, but love covers all sins.”.

3 – A quarrelsome person:

• Pro 26:21 -> “As coals to burning coals, and wood to fire, so is a quarrelsome man to kindle fighting.”.

4 – A person who is of a haughty heart:

• Pro 28:25 -> “He who is of a proud heart stirs up fighting; but he who puts his trust in Jehovah shall be made fat.”.

5 – A person who makes use of galling words:

• Pro 15:1 -> “A soft answer turns away wrath, but grievous words stir up anger.”.

It isn’t vain that James says:

• Jas 1:19,20 -> “Therefore, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. For the wrath of man does not work out the righteousness of God.”.

And Peter complements:

• 1Pe 3:10-12 -> “For he that wants to love life and to see good days, let him restrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking guile. Let him turn aside from evil and do good. Let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears open to their prayers. But the Lord's face is against those who do evil.”.

This is thus because those who fill the heart with godlessness only can plot what is harmful:

• Pro 16:27 -> “An ungodly man plots evil, and his lips are like a burning fire.”.

After all:

• Luke 6:45 -> “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth the good. And an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth the evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.”.

So, have a beautiful day cultivating a soft tongue and submission to Jesus and His will:

• Pro 25:15 -> “In being slow to anger a ruler is won over, and a soft tongue breaks the bone.”.
• Ecc 10:4 -> “If the spirit of the ruler rises up against you, do not leave your place; for yielding quiets great sinners.”.
