Did you guys ever control that venomous cow outbreak?

I am not in Australia, I am in Washington State. We don't have that problem yet.

And let me tell you, these carnivorous slugs are enough for us. ;)

There are problems with the graph; it is non-specific; deliberately deceptive.
Summarily dismissing the stratospheric data as non-specific and deceptive because you don’t comprehend it is not only intellectually dishonest but absurd.
This is the classic argument from personal incredulity fallacy.

The information is as plain as day; the raw data is generated by the satellites’ stratospheric sounding units using infrared radiometers and is converted into temperature profiles based on two different methods labeled “UAH” and “RSS” as shown in the graph.

At what altitude were the readings taken; directly over a volcano; and is it supposed to be an average for the whole planet? If this was truly a valid graph of something useful; I would ask why is this not normal and to be expected.
This doesn’t even make any sense.
There is a time lag between the El Chichon and Mt Pinatubo eruptions and the temperature changes as recorded by the satellites for each event.
This is because the sulfuric acid aerosols take time to circulate in the stratosphere making the eruptions a global effect which the satellites have recorded.
The satellites measure global effects not local ones.

A 1964 definition for “stratosphere is: The layer of atmospheric lying above the troposphere, in which temperature ceases to fall with height, remaining constant.
Nonsense.
The temperature of the stratosphere does not remain constant; it increases with height due to a temperature inversion caused by ozone.
This was known in 1964.

A short history of climate science:

1958 Van Allen radiation belts discovered 2000 miles up

1958 Project Argus, US Navy explodes three nuclear bombs in Van Allen Belt

1958 White house advisor on weather modification says Defence Department is studying ways to manipulate changes “of earth and sky”, and so effect the weather

1960's In Wisconsin, US Navy project Sanguine Lays extremely low frequency (ELF) antennae

1968 Moscow scientists tells the West that they have pinpointed which pulsed magnetic field frequencies help mental and physiological functions and which frequencies do harm. The book I am taking this from gives the source for this as: Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder, Super Memory: The Revolution (New York: Carroll and Graff: 1991), p. 303, in Manning and Begich p. 2

1972 First reports on “ionospheric heater” experiments with high frequency radio waves, at Arecibo. A 100 megawatt heater in Norway built later in the decade can change conductivity of auroral ionosphere

1973 Recommendations for study of Project Sanguine's biological effects denied by Navy

1974 United Nations General Assembly bans environmental warfare

1975 Stanford professor Robert Helliwell reports that very low frequency (VLF) from power lines is altering the ionosphere

1975 US Senator Gaylord Nelson forces Navy to release research showing that extremely low frequency (ELF) transmissions can alter human blood chemistry

1975 Pell Senate Subcommittee urges that weather and climate modification work be overseen by civilian agency answerable to US Congress. It didn't happen.

1975 Soviets begin pulsing “Woodpecker” extremely low frequency (ELF) waves, at key brainwave rhythms. Eugene, Oregon, is one of the locations where people were particularly effected

Man made climate change! You must be joking.
You forgot to include two important events in your chronology; the Marx Brothers film “Duck Soup” was released in 1933 and my cat Fluffy fell out of a tree in 2019.
These events are just as relevant as any of your examples.

Operation Argus was a test of using nuclear weapons to create a temporary radiation belt for tactical purposes, not weather or climate modification. All of the explosions were between 100 and 500 miles, not 2000 miles. All of this was well above the ozone layer (15-35 km) and completed in the last month before a (still active) ban on high atmospheric tests went into effect a few weeks later.

Operation Argus - Wikipedia

The notion that this affected the orbit or spin of the Earth is ridiculous.

There is no "new world order" international conspiracy. (Plus wasn't that a 1990s invention anyway. This was 40 years earlier.)

My understanding is the Van Allen Belt(s) range from around 300 miles to 3000 miles in altitude, some times there are two belts and sometimes three. Your criticisms and opinions are not based on knowledge.

I use Wikipedia, often it is the only source for me, but I understand the origin the material there and am always cautious. Project angus was a black OP, and a subset of a larger black OP called HAARP, not the current HAARP which appears to be only a fraction of the first HAARP and now is not as secret. Weather modification was not the only consideration of HAARP, but weather modification was originally researched as a possible naval weapon.

<<There is no "new world order" international conspiracy. (Plus wasn't that a 1990s invention anyway. This was 40 years earlier.)>> This is an amazing statement from an Atheist.

1928 THE OPEN CONSPIRACY: Blue Print for a World Revolution, by H. G. Wells, is published. A former Fabian socialist, Wells writes, "The political world of the Open Conspiracy must weaken, efface, incorporate and supersede existing governments. The Open Conspiracy is the natural inheritor of socialist and communist enthusiasms; it may b e in control of Moscow before it is in control of New York. The character of the Open Conspiracy will now be plainly displayed. It will be a world religion. unquote, my opinion, this explains the enemies of Trump.

1933 THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME, by H. G. Wells is published. Wells predicts a second world around 1940, originating from a German Polish dispute...... ..... The plan for the "Modern World State" would succeed on it's third attempt (about 1980), ..... .... The book also states, "Although World Government had been plainly coming for some years, although it has been endlessly feared and murmured against, it found no opposition prepared anywhere.

These socialist are still trying to set up their new world order to day; there is still no prepared opposition, so what is stopping them, they must be grossly incompetent; we will see what Biden can do.

So what exactly about my rejection of religion and gods is relevant to my non-acceptance of your wild conspiratorial fantasy about a world government conspiracy? I'm always curious when people try to ascribe other attributes to me beyond my non-belief in supernatural deities to my "faith label".

Originally an atheist was an inert but in these enlightened times the Atheist is typically proactive. Now about your question, “why your rejection of law and deity is relevant to something that does not exist, such as my wild fantasy”. The new world order or global government is essentially an Atheist thing in opposition to God, although the Anglican Fabians and the Roman Illuminati are not strangers to it.

I don't reject law. I only reject deities. They are not the same. The laws of my country are not deity-based.

So because I think your god isn't real I'm part of a vast conspiracy. Oh brother.

H. G. Wells was not a "famous American." He was born in Britain and lived there all of his life.

Not so; the majority of atheists are generally indifferent to gods or religions except where they interfere with their lives. The internet has given the few with something to say about gods and religions a wider audience. Your comment reflects a selection bias.

Please select the response you find most pleasing from those below, but ignore the rest:
  • H.G.Wells, in addition to being British, was also one of the first writers of modern science fiction. Something you might want to keep in mind.
  • Given your readiness to accept what many would think of as fringe ideas, would you have any interest in purchasing a bridge in New York for an exceptionally good price?
  • Would you like a list of all the "predictions" in The Shape of Things to Come that failed?
  • The enemies of Trump are part of the "World religion", or Trump represents the "World Religion"? Which is it? Your point is obscure.

Are we going to lose snowy days? I am so going to miss looking out the window and seeing everything white with snow during winter. I am gong to miss seeing snow coming down. But lately it doesn't snow as much. And I am just wondering if it is going to totally disappear. When I watch Christmas movies, and the city they film it in is snowy and Christmassy, I wonder if that is going to be a thing of the past some day.

We had a dry winter last year with a few snowy days. Christmas wasn't even white for the very first time since I lived here, and I have been here for more then 20 years. I am a winter lover, and climate change is driving me nuts.

The US Navy is already developing time tables by which it will have to abandon certain East Coast bases because of rising waters.
