Really? You believe it is legal for the police to beat or kill people simply for resisting arrest? I sure hope you are not affiliated with law enforcement in any way because here in the good ol US of A a police officer has to fear for his life in order to use deadly force.

As soon as subject says, "I don't want to go to jail.", the LEO should say, "Alright, then. Be on your way and have a nice day.".

I thought I was clever. I tried using reverse psychology once. I kept saying "Thank you, officer, I really want to go to jail. I totally want to go to jail." Didn't work. I went to jail.
