Using the Right Eye and Right Arm in the bible could be someone depending on his own strength, insight and abilities instead of trusting in God. It is someone who is not spiritually circumcised. Jesus mentioned gouging out the Right eye.
Our left arm is our weak arm and this is the hand that holds on to God's Mighty Right Hand - His Power is made perfect in our weakness.
In these end times - I think the following Scripture is relevant to us. It appears to be a call for prayer to reduce the power and influence of the Enemy. Also Balaam enticed God's people to commit idolatry and sexual immorality and today there are many out there who entice Christians to trip up and fall. These people are in league with the enemy ( Satanists ) and know what they are trying to achieve and that is the reduction in power and effectiveness in Christians. May God help us to understand this.
Zechariah 11:17
Woe to the worthless shepherd, who deserts the flock! May the sword strike his arm and his right eye! May his arm be completely withered, his right eye totally blinded!"
Dear Father,
I pray that the power and influence of the enemy be restricted and reduced in these end times. May there be confusion in the enemy camp. May nations see wisdom in how much power they give away to the enemy and take protective action on their own borders, May God's people become more dependent on you and less on themselves. May they see with your eyes and depend on your Mighty Right hand, May they have the mind of Christ and not rely on their own understanding. Dear Father, prepare us all for battle and equip us all for your service. I do know and declare that Jesus has won the Victory.
Our God is Invincible in Battle !
