Israel: The Lord's Dominion

Psalm 114:
1 When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language,
2 Judah became His sanctuary, Israel His dominion.

Israel is the Lord's memshalah-dominion.
That which extends beyond the borders of a nation
by way of authority, submission, tribute, rule.

1 Kings 9:19. And all the cities of store that Solomon had, and cities for his chariots, and cities for his horsemen, and that which Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.

Jeremiah 34:1. The word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, when Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and all his army, and all the kingdoms of the earth of his dominion, and all the people, fought against Jerusalem, and against all the cities thereof,

Psalm 103:22. Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion:
bless the LORD, O my soul.

Micah 4:8. And you, O tower of the flock,
The stronghold of the daughter of Zion,
To you shall it come,
Even the former dominion shall come,
The kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.

Genesis 35:
10 And God said unto him: ‘Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name’; and He called his name Israel.
11 And God said unto him: ‘I am God Almighty. Be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;
12 and the land which I gave unto Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after thee will I give the land.’
13 And God went up from him in the place where He spoke with him.
14 And Jacob set up a pillar in the place where He spoke with him, a pillar of stone,
and he poured out a drink-offering thereon, and poured oil thereon.
15 And Jacob called the name of the place where God spoke with him, Beth-el.
16 And they journeyed from Beth-el; and there was still some way to come to Ephrath; and Rachel travailed, and she had hard labour.
17 And it came to pass, when she was in hard labour, that the midwife said unto her:
‘Fear not; for this also is a son for thee.’
18 And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing—for she died—that she called his name
Ben-oni; but his father called him Benjamin.
19 And Rachel died, and was buried in the way to Ephrath—the same is Beth-lehem.
20 And Jacob set up a pillar upon her grave; the same is the pillar of Rachel’s grave unto this day.
21 And Israel journeyed, and spread his tent beyond Migdal-eder.

Psalm 61:3. For You have been a shelter for me,
A strong tower from the enemy.
Proverbs 18:10. The name of the LORD is a strong tower;
The righteous run to it and are safe.

Psalm 145:13. Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
And Your dominion endures throughout all generations.

Psalm 8:
3 When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers,
The moon and the stars, which You have ordained,
4 What is man that You are mindful of him,
And the son of man that You visit him?
5 For You have made him a little lower than the angels,
And You have crowned him with glory and honor.
6 You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands;
You have put all things under his feet.
