One of the most powerful verses and reminders that it is GOD that the enemy must go through before getting to us. The verse is not just for Israel. It is for ALL of God's people. I have adopted this very verse. It is etched in my heart and reverberates in my soul. It is my "defense" when attacked and my prayer as I repeat that verse to God, believing with all my heart and soul that it's true.

It's timely now, as our country, and our President is attacked similarly to what is described in the verse, as he, against all odds, attempts to follow through on his promises and he is attacked and besmirked at every turn. This verse is my prayer for all of God's people, and our President, who is attempting to do the right thing for this country, as many rage against him.

This verse is also a promise from our God to us, and during these turbulent times it's a blessing to believe His promise.

Thank you for posting this profound and timely verse on this very mild and warm, although rainy, Saturday morning in January.

Amen Brinny. Indeed our president is standing against much evil and is bent on pushing us toward a one world ruler.

We are enjoying a cooler (50s) day with bright sunshine.

Amen. Our President is standing against that very evil that is coming from all directions, and determined to destroy our sovereignty and free speech and any semblance of God in a one world gov't. The movie 1984 comes to mind (thought police, amongst other things).
