In 2004 Todd/Collins was deemed to be too dangerous to be released after his sentence for rape was up. He was placed in South Carolina's Behavioral Disorder Treatment Unit . He died of natural causes in 2007.

Jack Chick was notorious for using questionable and just plain ludicrous "testimonies" as source material. Some (Rivera, Todd, and Brown) were since exposed as frauds, but Chick continues to publish those tracts and comics:

Back when I was in Jr High, I read his Big Daddy track, it led me away from Jesus.

But, the track had misquotes of some sources I knew and most of the sources were way outdated. So, I sent him a letter asking questions, pointed out the misquotes with full page, highlighting the quotes. And, asked him to send me full pages of where he got the other quotes from.
Note: Some were from well known cults at the time. But, I did not know that. I got a phone call from him belittling me to dare question him and his sources. After, he went through his irate, rudeness, mean spirit phone call. I responded politely, I am in Jr High, based on your anger at being asked a simple question for proof of your claims you have proved two things to me --- Christianity is a joke and Evolution is True.
He then swore at me. He was on speaker phone and all the adults including my Science Teacher(who had no knowledge of the Letter), Principal, lots of Parents, Some were ministers and Rabbis, etc overheard the conversation. We were having a PTA meeting at my home outside.

I had a copy of the letter which the School published in their newspaper.
Along with Chicks response with the swear words blocked out using underline like _ _ _ _ _ _ _ and _ _ _ - _ _ _ _ . I am happy to say that after I was born again. The School News Paper carried my Testimony and many were influenced despite Chick to come to Christ.

It was to see if he had the guts to admit to being wrong and apologizing.

The last post is my personal encounter with Jack Chick. One is free to disagree.

Also, he was sent a copy of the newspaper article along with letters to the editor with an open invitation to replay which he never did. It did get him to update his sources and I doubt they are correct too.
