Mar Charbel also has a genus of prehistoric crustacean named after him, Charbelicaris, found of course in Lebanon. Not sure how many other saints you can say that about. :)

Saint Nektarios of Pentapolis not only remained incorrupt for 20 years after his burial, but his hair, beard and fingernails continued to grow. When his flesh suddenly dissolved after 20 years, he appeared to a woman who was one of his spiritual children who was very upset upon learning that his body had not remained incorrupt, where he explained to her that it was his wish for his body to dissolve so that his relics could be distributed to churches throughout the world.
