Yes, I feel insanely guilty
Maybe, since you have repented, you need to cut yourself some slack on that point.

Believe me, I understand how hard that is to do.

When I feel that way, I have to consciously analyze whether the guilt is a true guilt from God, (aka conviction) or a false guilt based on my own feelings or coming from the devil. (condemnation)

The conviction from the holy spirit is clean. It is encouraging and strengthening. It says to repent, and you can do better. Walk free from [whatever] and follow God.

OTOH, condemnation keeps telling us how pathetic and weak we are and how much God hates us. Instead of encouraging us to do better, it says we are hopeless and to give up.

Romans 8:1
Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

No, my friend didn’t actually blaspheme against God. Yes, I feel insanely guilty

So he did not sin.
Therefore you are not guilty of causing someone to sin.

If you have confessed a sin, any sin, all sins.
God will forgive you. Full Stop end of story.

If you feel guilty, that is a 'feeling' not a fact, so thank God that he has dealt once and for ever with what ever you are 'feeling' guilty about. Praise him for his forgiveness etc etc etc etc.

It's a good mix of both. But guilt from the devil is definitely no indication that the Holy Spirit is still drawing the guilty person in

If it is a mix, then the Holy Spirit's draw is in the mix.

Of course the enemy is going to try to mix his poison in with the good from God.

IF repented of. Yes, I committed the sin of encouraging sin. No, I didn’t have evil intention (trying to damn this friend or trying to insult the Holy Spirit). No, my friend didn’t actually blaspheme against God. Yes, I feel insanely guilty

There is in the Talmud a principle that a person who teaches another to sin cannot find forgiveness, as those who were taught to sin continue to sin long after repentance on the part of the teacher.

That principle is alluded to in the new testament at Matthew 5:19 and again at Luke 17:2.

Mat 5:19 - Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdomof heaven...

And then:

copyChkboxOff.gif
Luk 17:2 - It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

But I suppose we would need more details to really be able to help you .

Because I was consumed by a lot of anxiety that I had committed the sin myself, I asked somebody else to say the same words I did so I could feel better about myself and rid myself of the guilt that came from badmouthing God. Little did I know that the sin of encouraging this same sin would be very grave, and I’m back to my original situation

IF compelling people to blaspheme against God was unforgivable, the Apostle Paul was damned.

"9 “I myself was convinced that I ought to do many things in opposing the name of Jesus of Nazareth. And I did so in Jerusalem. I not only locked up many of the saints in prison after receiving authority from the chief priests, but when they were put to death I cast my vote against them. 11 And I punished them often in all the synagogues and tried to make them blaspheme, and in raging fury against them persecuted them even to foreign cities. (Acts 26:9-11)

Take heart, sister, if you have repented, God has forgiven you.

but keep in mind he was encouraging blasphemy against Jesus himself, and Jesus specifically said that blasphemy against him can be forgiven, whether its through one's own mouth or if its encouraged.
