Psalm 103:
Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

Verse three: who forgives all thine inquiries and heals all thy diseases.

God’s will for healing is exactly the same as it is for forgiveness.

Luke 5:20 When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”

21 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this who speaks Who can forgive sins but God alone?”

22 But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, He answered and said to them, “Why are you reasoning in your hearts? 23 Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise up and walk’? 24 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the man who was paralyzed “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”

Note here Jesus’ own words.

But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the man who was paralyzed “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”

Again the connection between the forgiveness of sins and healing the body. As proof that He had the power to forgive, He healed.

Matt 8:
When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, 17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying:

He Himself took our infirmities
And bore our sicknesses.”

Note here that Jesus “healed all who were sick” as a fulfillment of the prophesy in Isaiah.

Matt 8:1 When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him. worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”

3 Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately he was cleansed.

Here is the one and only instance regarding God’s will in the NT.

Jesus answered it.

There is not one instance where someone came to Jesus and asked for healing and were told no, or wait.

Let's look at everyone who came to Jesus for healing and see how many of them were not healed, told no, or told to wait.

Matt 4:23 23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.

This is the beginning of Jesus ministry. You will note that it started with Healing ALL SICK who came to Him. Not one was not healed, not one told to wait.

Healing is an act of God's compassion:

Matthew 14:14 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick.

Matthew 20:34 Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him.

Another evidence is in Jesus' ministry. There is not one instance in the whole of scripture that someone came to Jesus asking for healing and was told no, or wait.

Everyone who asked - received.
