I would say that his preaching politics instead of the gospel makes him a false prophet, regardless of who is president.

In as much as they should support any governing authority, and/or condemn sin in general no. However, I see a vast difference in a general support of authority and condemnation of sin to obvious political partisanship - especially as it applies to those who are supposed to be ministers of the gospel. imho, ymmv
