Many people cant be saved from witnessing they need divine intervention because they are so deep into something.
millions of addicted people werent fortunate enough to have a person praying for God to do a miracle and rescue them and their unharvested soul went to hell. In God's eyes you arent lucky even if you have a more possible opportunity.

Whereever you keep coming up with unScriptural ideas, it is not good.

Yahweh says HE HATES IT when His people call on lady luck.

Nothing is "lucky" or "unlucky" or good or bad "luck" - which all denegrates Yahweh's Authority and Sovereignty and Directions.

People are blessed or cursed. Addicted people have been cured when they turned to Yahweh to be helped. They are not "lucky", they are blessed, by Yahweh, as He Says.
If they do not turn to or call on Yahweh (God) for help, they are not "unlucky", they are judged for their unbelief and die for that.

No is saved just from witnessing alone, all need divine intervention.

We see from the first book of the Bible that mankind is such a mess that God flooded the whole world except Noah and a few others, who found grace in the eyes of the Lord. Genesis 6:5-8.
Over and over in the Bible we see that mankind is wicked, through and through.
Jesus tells us that no man can come to him unless he is drawn to by The Father in heaven.
John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up no that last day.
This one verse alone tells us so much.
No man is capable of coming without being drawn, and those that are drawn will be raised up on the last day.

We are choosen for salvation by God, this is called election. It's not luck that determines salvation, but God choosing us.

"The harder we worked, the luckier we got." from Leo Durocher's biography.

People need divine intervention, even if by appearances they seem to be lucky. When I was young, I heard a street preacher preaching against homosexuality. I remember it forty years later. I sometimes wished I would have heard and read more good teachings early on. Can't go back and do over.

Learning things the hard way means you try something you are not supposed to do and then you suffer the consequences until you stop doing what is wrong. One can not turn down every wrong road and expect it to lead to paradise.

I would never pray and ask for God to give me good luck.

I've noticed most gamblers believe a lot in luck and at many times they believe little in God. And their unrepentant sin destroys their life.

I'm trying to break the habit but, occasionally I have told someone, good luck. What a stupid ungodly thing to say to them.
