God is still to be found for You. I don't know if you've read about the Prodigal Son? I will copy and paste it in here for you to read:

Luke 15:11-32New King James Version (NKJV)
The Parable of the Lost Son
11 Then He said: “A certain man had two sons. 12 And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood. 13 And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living. 14 But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want. 15 Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16 And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything.

17 “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, 19 and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.”’

20 “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. 21 And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’

22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bringa]">[a] out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. 23 And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; 24 for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry.

25 “Now his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’

28 “But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him. 29 So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. 30 But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.’

31 “And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. 32 It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’”

Your situation is much of the same as the one of the prodigal son. Even though he decided going out into the world leaving his home behind and wasting everything he got from his father, his father never gave up on Him. He hoped for him to be coming back home someday, and when he did his father received him with great joy and love. This is also how it is with God; No matter how much we may mess up sometimes, fail or turn away from God for a period or so, still He waits and hopes for us to come back to Him again. God is faithful and loving, and He also knows of our shortcomings... also have in mind that He is merciful too.

To me it seemes like you are being convicted by the Holy Spirit; You are being made aware of not having lived a life with God the way you should have, and now He is calling you back again to Him. He wants you to repent for your sins and get a restored faith in Him again, as well as get back living a life given over to Him. He will forgive you, so just do what you know is right to do now, and have faith in You being called back by a loving Father who misses you greatly, and wishes to continue building up that relationship between you and Him. He loves you! Just have faith in Him! *Hugs*

Jesus loves you as His own child and will never let you go! Pray and the light will cast all the shadows away!
John 8:12

Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."

John 12:46

"I have come as Light into the world, so that everyone who believes in Me will not remain in darkness.

Ephesians 5:8

for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light

Micah 7:8

Do not rejoice over me, O my enemy Though I fall I will rise; Though I dwell in darkness, the LORD is a light for me

It will be all a process, not everything will change over the night. ;) You are still aware of your faults and do seem to have a little bit of hope or wish for wanting to walk and be with God?

God is a loving Father who has tender mercy on people. God sent a Savior - Jesus Christ - for this enslaved, perishing, ruined world. Jesus is God in human flesh. Jesus is God with us. God, because of His compassion, came Himself to save you. What God did was to come down to the world that He Himself had made.

Jesus loves you deeply. Jesus chose YOU. Jesus died for YOU and rose from the dead for YOU. Jesus is always praying for you. Jesus is coming again to take YOU to Heaven.

God's love for you will NEVER change. God's love for you is unconditional.

When we are in a close relationship with Jesus Christ as our Savior, we do not have to keep working for God's approval and God's acceptance.

God's unconditional love for us is not based on how much we do for God, how hard we work or how well we perform.

Thoughts like “work harder” and “do more" are not from God.

God loves you more than you can ever imagine.

What was your Christian walk like before this happened?
I was seeking God for the wrong reasons at first but later as I began becoming closer to him I wanted to do his purpose I wanted to be like him and brin others to him. I was very afraid of him and I was very afraid that I committed certain sins it became ritualistic

Yes ofcourse I keep asking God to give me a new mind and heart that is consistent with repentance and faith but nothing seems real anymore and I feel super guilty but I can't beleive I'm trying but these doubts are getting a hold of me and they won't let go

Have you surrendered yourself to God?

I would also suggest getting supplements for your mental trouble - are you willing to try?

Perhaps you got the wrong type of fear over you? We are supposed to be fearing God, but at the same time it is a different type of fear than the one where we are constantly afraid of getting punishment for every little thing we do. When we walk with Him we will become quicker aware of our sins, and this will make us wish for repenting from them and getting more changed by God. Yet, it pleases Him more when we focus more on living a life focused on Him as well as giving thanks to Him and rejoicing in Him.

Yes ofcourse I keep asking God to give me a new mind and heart that is consistent with repentance and faith but nothing seems real anymore and I feel super guilty but I can't beleive I'm trying but these doubts are getting a hold of me and they won't let go

Just keep on praying to Him, reading in His Word, listen to upbuilding Christian music or do anything else which is upbuilding for your faith in Him, and it will become better. He will help you get through with this that you are struggling with now, and once you notice His help getting more hold on you, it will give you more joy as well as more peace of mind. Just take everything step by step as you are doing these days. You have already come far admitting your guilt and realizing all of what you've told in here, let God continue helping you and healing you. He knows your whole heart, and I am quite sure He is the one calling you back now.

Don't let the devil's seed of doubt take too much roots in you, as he is the one who is telling you that God no longer can or wants to save you. But God has already saved you through Jesus Christ's blood, and there is still much hope for you. He is still to be found, and it is very clear that you are getting drawn back towards Him now. Just don't give up, and keep on pulling yourself more and more towards Him.

The good news is that we can start all over again with Jesus. I have fallen into the darkness so many times. You would be shocked at some of the things I have done, probably horrified, but we can always come back to Jesus. He doesn't become disgusted with us because we are His children and He loves us unconditionally.

Romans 8:26

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

All of the above is because you have gotten off track. Get back on track, that is, pray, read the Word, get in fellowship with others who can encourage and support you, and believe that God will increase and restore your faith. It's not lost and unbelief won't win out unless you let it be so. God saved you when He sent His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for you. Recommit yourself to that belief. John 3:16..

Praying that your fog lifts and you receive mercy, grace, and strength to get on track. It won't happen without your cooperation and effort. Just do it.
