It is discussed all throughout the Bible. The Messiah will return a second time, this time not as a suffering servant, but as a triumphant King, who will rule over all the nations, bringing justice and peace.

Zechariah 14:9
And the LORD will be king over all the earth; in that day the LORD will be the only one, and His name the only one.

Psalm 45:3-6

Gird Your sword on Your thigh, O Mighty One, In Your splendor and Your majesty! And in Your majesty ride on victoriously, For the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; Let Your right hand teach You awesome things. Psalm 110:5-6
