as some of you may remember, I have posted a thread regarding mine concern with the librarians at mine school and mine password safety.

anyway, more then three weeks ago I have ordered bunch of books from other University libraries because those titles are in too much demand at our library

I set the delivery to distance delivery service, which I am allowed to, and those books should have been delivered to mine home

last week I checked the status, it says those books are on hold at distance library service ( I am not sure if the distance library service are actually operated from the very same library from the campus, but I just discovered the library email address are actually handled by librarians from one of the three campus locations)

guess what just happened now? the book still have not arrived, AND on mine account, there is no longer any holds!

I have to put through the request again, and I have used that bloody email for enquiry!

I strongly suspect one of the librarians on the campus may have screwed me up!

and right now I am filled with so much hatred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one of the librarians have already tried to screwed me up once ( one that I know of)

Forgive, report what's happened to the
appropriate person and or people...
try again...more problem?--Have a teacher
or friend to order those books.... explain the
that the ordering system fouls up your order
too many times...don't accuse anyone unless
you have proof that person is targeting you.


Technology, when it works is a great, but
when stuff fouls up...not so great...sigh.

I've been through the similar type thing with our
new library here in town...I've had holds that
got cancelled and or delayed, wrong books/dvds
were sent, I even got charged a late fee when I
didn't even have anything that was past due etc
