NASB for serious study. HCSB for daily reading, Both KJV and NLT for light and maybe devotional reading.

I grew up using the NKJV, so that's what I use for my personal Bible. But sometimes I'll use the KJV as I prefer that translation when it comes to a few verses I like.

I own/study the RSV-CE and ESV, as they're the two that I prefer most, of all the Bible translations I've compared. Granted, there are many translations I've not compared to RSV-CE/ESV, but all the "major" ones--NAB, NIV, etc.--I have.

World English Bible, New Living Translation, King James Version, Modern English Version

In this order, ESV, NKJV, KJV, Message

ESV, NASB, NKJV and NIV

You have the New American Standard Bible up twice? Odd. You missed the Homan Christian Standard Bible, which is one of some notworthy. I womder why you are asking this?

How excellent you too mention HSCB. I find the notes so well done. I like that it uses Yahweh in the OT. It rates higher in my book than the NIV.
