Both can equally be fun. I do think the 'independence' of singleness is a little more appealing. That and the fact that one has more time to their self. But I do see the great fun and appeal of marriage and having that constant companionship.

HA! I don't think there's a question here, single lief is definitely more fun.

Providing you still have money, friends, etc.

"Honey, can I go to Steve's house to watch the game?"
"You went to Steve's only 3 months ago!! No, you have to stay and watch Grey's Anatomy on TV with me tonight"

JOY :D

Stipulation: the single life is to be lived strictly celebate.

Yeah, that's how it's supposed to be. But in reality, professed Christians are getting it on just as much as unbelievers.

Being single's aiight. You get to do what you want; more freedom. It's just lonely. Marriage can be fun, I suppose, especially when you've kids. But I imagine being married can be lonely too: if kids aren't yet in the picture or if you and your spouse become distant for one reason or another. It is possible to be in a r/ship or marriage and still feel lonely. I think marriage can be overwhelming too 'cuz you've more responsibilities.

What do envision being more fun and entertaining: Single or Married?
If we're making this a binary, marriage. Increased financial security, less of a need to worry about STDs and unwanted pregnancies, and the satisfaction of knowing that you at least have one part of your life figured out. ^_^ But I expect this to be the case before marriage.

You can live a boring life single, and you can live a boring life married. You can have a fun single life, and a fun married life.

Hahaha. Yeah. I think this about sums it up.

.

Having been married twice and now divorced, for myself, it is being Single with purpose and meaning to my life.

Marriage automatically brings with it much much more responsibilities, focus on Others , overcoming adversities , working continuously on understanding each other , nurturing harmony in the marriage, and sacrificing what you want or feel like doing , etc.... Being Single, so long as you've come to a fulfilling purposed-filled Single life , to me, is certainly more fun and entertaining because primarily of the freedom involved and lesser responsibilities.
