along those lines, I like having a techy hubby who can help me with mah isshoos! even though I'm pretty techy myself, there are some things that stump me!

I'm also happy knowing that going into this year, I have literally no unhealthy relationships. I think this is probably the first year I can confidently say that. I'm not super obsessed or attached to anyone, and I feel confident that I might be able to have somewhat normal, healthy, balanced relationships. I've been thinking about it a lot today and I've realized that I just don't feel that anymore. Yay!

Got a call from my doctor and she doesn't need to see me again for my heartburn...she will allow me to continue on the heartburn medication with no qualms! Yay!

When hubby reads the Bible to me.

So glad I have good friends who love me. And I'm happy I've learned how to be a better friend without being obsessed or anything.

I went driving on icy roads earlier, that made me happy

The smell of the yummy pork roast cooking in mah oven makes me happy!

Mmmmm and eating that pork roast makes me yummy...well...except I'm not there for this one. But when I had it out there, it was yummy!!! And now I'm hungry.

Just checked on the "crackle", and it looks soooo good! The apple and sage stuffing has started to ooze out. Just having mashed potatoes, carrot, corn and peas with it! Mmmm...wish I could send the smell to you....it would make you even hungrier!


Happy that I was able to push thru today, even tho anxiety was pretty bad, and got the stuff done down the street that I needed to. Wasnt easy, but I refuse to allow my feelings to control me. One day at a time, one hour at a time, and sometimes a minute at a time. Just keep swimmin...just keep swimmin.....what do we do we swim....swim.....

Also happy that my nephews are coming to stay for a couple of days next week!

Nooooooooooo it's 11am and that sounds soooooo good even though I'm not hungry!!! Meanie!!!!

I'm proud of you for pushing through yesterday. Tis really hard to even be able to make the decision to keep pushing through...never mind to follow through with it. You did great.

And yay for them coming to stay!!!

^ Tacos always make my husband happy. Tacos and chocolate. Or anything apple. If he's had a hard day, I know what to make him!

Finally heard from one of my spiritual daddies the other day. My bio father lacked in many areas, especially the parental area, but a few people like this older gentleman have come in and been a great stand in. This one had moved far away from me and I wasn't sure if he had my number or whatever, but he finally called me a couple of days ago. I just remembered today though!

Good food makes me happy. Just had some veggies and dip..I'd say that makes me pretty healthy.
