Again, you're taking an overly literal context to my comparison, which was made to show how unintelligent your statement was.

Natural things that have been proven bad for you are obviously bad for you. Now are you going to waste precious space in my email inbox with a statement that is just poorly put together and thrown out there as a cover for you not having any supporting evidence for your argument? Or are you done?

You've repeatedly argued that pot is more acceptable than other drugs because it is natural. Clearly, that's a really bad argument to make.

Firstly, Most of the pot sold in dispensaries these days are man-made hybrids and far more potent and powerful than truly "natural" marijuana.

Secondly, I've shown that just because something is "natural" doesn't mean that it is safe or wise to use.

Thirdly, just because THC may have some benefits doesn't mean that the benefits outweigh its detrimental factors. There is plenty of scientific evidence that reveals THC's harmful effects on the brain.

Fourthly, I've explained why pot use should be considered sinful when the New Testament is read in proper context. Appealing to the whims of the flesh is contrary to the teachings of Christ and the Apostles.

By the way, all you need to do is unsubscribe from this thread if you don't wish to participate in the conversation any longer.

From the fact that it is not made in someone's bathtub and full of addictive chemicals it is definitely better.

Different strands of the same plant

With other plants. You have yet to prove that with this one

Thirdly, just because THC may have some benefits doesn't mean that the benefits outweigh its detrimental factors. There is plenty of scientific evidence that reveals THC's harmful effects on the brain.

Actually it affects the brain the same way a naturally occurring brain chemical would. And there are no severe long term effects. This has also been established on this thread before

So now it's not sinful, but you think it should be??? I am just messing with you by throwing a "you" type argument in there.

However, whims of the flesh is a very vague term. That term can easily be used out of context to condemn anything one may use or do for recreational purposes.
