And how you will prove that claim? Anyway you are talking about the law and not about science. Science is interested in generalizations, not cases. Here you have a case, very specific one.

There's no good scientific reasons to reject the basics of evolution by natural selection.

I suppose there are some good psychological reasons, though..... like if your personal well-being depends on a commitment to biblical literalism.
