IJWTS- The weather was fantabulous today! ^_^ It was too cold to get in the water at my cousins pool party though. Far too cold for me at least. :D

IAJWTS- The whole city decided to wash their cars this weekend. I haven't seen an empty car wash yet. They've all been packed. Guess I'll be doing it the old fashioned way... by hand. Which is actually more fun for me. :D

IJWTS - Today is a glorious morning. I'm hopeful but filled with anxiety as I'm about to go through with one of the stupidest, scariest and oddly most empowering decisions I've ever made.

Well, you managed to get my attention... so, now, I would like to know what you're going to be doing.

We finished our discussion on heaven today at church and the pastor read the verses in Revelation about when New Jerusalem comes from heaven and settles over the old. The description of it translated into modern terms is it will be 1,500 miles long, 1,500 miles wide and 1,500 miles tall. Where the astronauts in space are is just between 60-100 miles. I can't even fathom this!

There will be no need of the sun, as God's light will illuminate the whole thing, nor will there be any night. There will be 3 gates on each side, facing north, south, east and west. God's throne will be in the midst of this somewhere (probably near the top) and from His throne there will be a river of crystal-clear water flowing through it all. Amazing.

Anyone else's church also doing a study on Heaven?
