I should be in bed, but I already was. Now I want to stay up, but I need to be considerate of my husband since he has work in the morning. If I am in there while awake, he won't get a good night's sleep.
i'm going to boil chopped up ginger root and then use the water to make green tea....i think i'm gettin' a scratchy, sore throat....i'm experimenting to see if this boosts me immune system
