Okay, so.......maybe the little girl is Amy's daughter.......who turns out to be River.....who kills the Doctor........who also marries him.......okay, I are confused.....

If River Song ends up marrying the Doctor, and they have a baby, will that baby then be the parent to Susan Foreman?

No the kid would be Susans sister.

My hypothosis

Amy is River River kills Rory (Again) River marries the Doctor

Interesting theory, but I think Susan (and her parents) were around long before the Doctor started seeing Riversong.

Susan is the Doctors granddaughter not his daughter. if the doctor had a daughter it would be susan's aunt

...or, it could be Susan's mother. Likewise, if the Doctor had a son, it would be Susan's uncle, or it could be Susan's father.
