Zec. 5:11
is not about building a temple in Shinar

Note that the original Hebrew word translated as "house" in
Zechariah 5:11 can mean a temple (1 Kings 6:3). A temple built for
wickedness (Zechariah 5:8) in Shinar (in Iraq) could be a temple built
for the Antichrist in Iraq (possibly in the literal, rebuilt city of Babylon).
For the Antichrist is "that Wicked" (2 Thessalonians 2:8), and he will
proclaim himself God (Daniel 11:36) and have the whole world worship
him (Revelation 13:8).

The word house in Zec. 5.

1004 bayith (bah'-yith);
probably from 1129 abbreviated; a house (in the greatest variation
of applications, especially family, etc.):
KJV-- court, daughter, door, + dungeon, family, + forth of, X great
as would contain, hangings, home [born], [winter] house (-hold),
inside (-ward), palace, place, + prison, + steward, + tablet, temple,
web, + within (-out).

Greetings.

Note that Strong's Hebrew Dictionary indicated above that the
original Hebrew word translated as "house" in Zechariah 5:11 can
be translated as "temple". That's how the word is translated five
times in 2 Kings 11:10-13: "the temple of <H1004> the LORD"; "the
temple <H1004>"; "the temple <H1004>"; "the temple <H1004>";
"the temple of <H1004> the LORD". And that's how the word is
translated in 1 Chronicles 6:10: "the temple <H1004>". And that's
how the word is translated in 1 Chronicles 10:10: "the temple of
<H1004> Dagon". And that's how the word is translated three times
in 2 Chronicles 23:10: "the temple <H1004>"; "the temple <H1004>";
"the temple <H1004>". And that's how the word is translated in
2 Chronicles 35:20: "the temple <H1004>". So Zechariah 5:11 could
very well be referring to a "temple".

Note that the Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew Dictionary similarly
indicated above in definition #8 that that the original Hebrew word
translated as "house" in Zechariah 5:11 can mean "temple".

For both Zec. 5:4 and 5:11<

The curse was not out looking for a temple. It was hunting for the
land's house (throne) that is guilty, so it could consume it.

Note that the curse in Zechariah 5:3-4 is looking for any person on
the face of the earth who steals anything or who swears anything
falsely in the name of YHWH.

But Shinar had fallen - was gone from power and so her house must
rise again

Note that Zechariah 5:11 doesn't refer to a house being built for
Shinar, but a house, or temple, being built for wickedness (Zechariah
5:8) in Shinar. Because it is the Antichrist who is called "that Wicked"
(2 Thessalonians 2:8), and because Shinar is located in modern-day
Iraq, Zechariah 5:11 could refer to a temple which the Antichrist will
build for himself in Iraq, possibly in the literal, rebuilt city of Babylon.

How about, mystery Babylon is not a literal place of a natural location but it is a literal place of the mind set of those who practice wickedness and this is and will become an even greater world wide thing. What was the downfall of the bible Babylon. To sum it up simply, it was pride. This leads to many of the other offenses which God hates. So it doesn't HAVE to be a place, but is a place in the mind. A place of disobedience to the will of the Father which is every bit as real as the physical places where the disobedience happens.

mystery Babylon is not a literal place

Greetings.

While the Antichrist could build a temple to himself in the literal
rebuilt city of Babylon (in Iraq), Mystery Babylon (Revelation
chapters 17-18) is not that literal city, but a symbolic
representation of all of the corrupt political (Revelation 17:18),
economic (Revelation 18:11), and religious systems (Revelation
18:24) throughout the world (Revelation 18:3) and throughout
history (Revelation 17:10). Mystery Babylon will be destroyed by the
ten kings of the empire of the Antichrist (Revelation 17:12,16)
empowered by Satan (Revelation 13:4), when he destroys all of the
cities of the world (Isaiah 14:17, Revelation 16:19) at the very end
of the coming tribulation, right before the second coming of Jesus
(Revelation 19:2-21). All of the cities of the world could be
destroyed at that time by the nuclear bombs still stockpiled by the
U.S. and Russia, and/or by an especially powerful type of nuclear
bomb which the Antichrist could have produced in vast numbers:
FFF (666) bombs: Fission-Fusion-Fission bombs, which can easily
destroy entire cities.
