I don't know where it originated, but that phrase is from my all-time favourite comedy...Only Fools and Horses. It's one used frequently by the star of the programme, and means brilliant, great, and so on.
Thanks joyshirley, I just noticed this post. I would too, so serene and beautiful. I've been visiting at my daughters the weekend, decorating for Christmas already.
