I say this publicly against the advice of online friends, but with the advice of those I've entrusted my spiritual well being to in real life.

What can I say...when I started to study Orthodoxy in order to be a better administrator for the sub forum, little did I know the effect it would have on my life, my faith, and the direction it would lead.

I did indeed visit Holy Trinity Orthodox Church that first Friday weeks ago, and St. Mary's of Egypt the following Sunday...and have been at Holy Trinity each succeeding week following, always on Sunday, and usually on weekday services as well, depending on my work schedule.

I've met with Fr Tim a few times now, and we correspond via email as well due to my weird schedule of working nights.

Anyhow...to the point ... I find I'm rambling at this point...

Sunday evening I begin my catechumen classes, and within the next couple of weeks will be accepted into Holy Trinity Orthodox Church as a Catechumen.

Some of you have probably already figured it out...some of you may not have...but I humbly ask for your prayers as I continue on the path God's laid before me.
