Does anyone know of any Gregorian chant albums? I got one CD called simply Chants that's filled with AWESOME Gregorian chants all in Latin from the roman catholic church and it love it to pieces. Any suggestions on anymore?
have you done a web search yet? What about checking through ebay?

Look for works by Léonin or Pérotin, two prominent composers of the Notre Dame school of organum (12th/13th century). It's not plainchant per se (it's polyphonic, for starters) but it has a similar sound, owing to its use of chant melodies as cantus firmi (bass line of sorts) and the ecclesiastical modes. Good stuff...
