1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Isn't it great to know that a Merciful, Loving, and Faithful God sits on the Throne. Isn't it great to know our "friends" do not sit there. Of course, they put themselves there and they turn from us and deny us when we do not live up to their expectations.

Isn't it great to know that He does not turn away from us or deny us, but holds us safe in His arms!

Isn't it great to know He has provided us with salvation and assurance of salvation. Isn't it great to know He has given us Jesus, who is all we ever need!

Dear Lord, shine brightly through us. Use us to illuminate the darkness around us. Let those walking in the darkness, want the light we have, the true Light, Jesus Christ. thanks for sharing. We all need to reminded from time to time that He is faithful to His promises. I have to always tell myself that He is willing to be my Father but it is twofold. I have to always try to remember that He expects certain things from me to. It's give and take. Whenever I am questioning why on life's ups and down's I also ask, what have i done for Him lately? He's willing to show me the way, but I have to also be willing to follow Him. It is great that I serve God and without a doubt He loves me.
