Fears over tomorrow and regrets over yesterday are twins that rob us of the moment. Fear is the opposite of Faith, and withour Faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God! Hebrews 11:6!
Why should I waste time in fear? If Jesus is my Saviour, is it not true that, Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world? I John 4:4 And why should I waste a moment in regrets over the past? Did He not forgive me and remove my sins as far as the East is from the West, and cast them into the sea of forgetfulness?
Am I not promised He will remember my sins no
more? Should I not join Paul in pressing on towards the mark for the prize of the High calling of God?
<DIR>Philippians 3:13: Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
