I think I'm going to need to ask you to explain what you mean by these words, because I can't even parse this sentence using their conventional dictionary meanings.

I understood it, try reading it several times. That sometimes helps.

its better than invasion.
This is true--I don't see why a whole country has to suffer because of misguided leadership and only the guilty should have to pay--however, assasination is illegal. Killing someone is never a good idea, but killing a whole bunch of people because of that person is worse. I have no clue how to solve the problem.
No, assasination is not a family value. It's not a good idea, but wars are even worse. I hope someone comes with a better solutuon than either of these someday.
Maybe we should clarify what Pat said by adding the rest of the details. He often says other things we question.

There is more of that exact sin. "I HAVE NEVER MISSPOKEN" sounds a lot like "AT LEAST I AM NOT AS BAD AS THAT ONE OVER THERE" or in the pages of the Bible, the pharisee who thanked God he was not like the sinners, gentiles, or women but then nearby a sinner could not even look up and begged mercy for his own wretched sins.

Again, who was it that went home justified that day according to the Bible???

Do you really not see the irony in your aggressive condemnatory posts in this thread? ^_^

I am sorry if my post came off in that way, that was not the intention. Words fail me at times, especially in English, which seems to me a very imprecise and inexpressive language. I am not saying that I do not suffer this sin, or that mine is not as bad as his. I am saying that he was not simply suffering from mistaken words in the heat of the moment, something I could easily empathise with and excuse without much thought. That this was a planned speech, not impromptu. It is an entirely different matter than someone misspeaking, and IMO can have much more serious impact, which is why we MUST speak up against it.
