CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

After 10 years away from the spotlight, I've decided to begin a new project unlike any I've ever known. Going primarily solo on acoustic guitar, my new material intends to seek a new sense of introspection and purpose, exploring themes of Christianity, the human spirit, and the trials of life.
My plan? I'm in the middle of recording a 4-song package that will be complete with videos, all of which will be posted on YouTube. The first one (see screenshots) is called 'The Honor and the Glory', which I wrote based on Revelation 4:11; the song and video and complete and in the can. I've finished recording the more introspective acoustic tune '18 Years', and will begin working on the video within a few days.
Song #3 is already about 80% written- it's something I wrote previous to this project, called 'Free Man'. As it wasa product of the late 80's-early 90's, I will be using only organic instrumentation this time.. acoustic guitars and a touch of the ol' Hammond B3. I've got some lyric
