  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Is it time for Prince Charles to marry his long-time Love Camilla Parker Bowles?

What is 'hilarious' is that he is the head of the Church of England and apparently should be a moral example. But hey it's better than Henry the VIII who beheaded his wives!

So all your stance is for the sake of a measly Social Security check!!? The aborted millions that could have become human beings should have been born to work to provide your retirement funds?? I for one don't plan to depend on the government in my far away old age. Don't you think that the pain...

Yes God has defended the innocent and the weak - including women who have for most history been under the heel of men. Furthermore, the definition of what is a baby and what is a fetus is not anal (spelled with one N) at all - it's a hugely important debate about the essence of human life...

??? Where does it say that? Maybe, I'm not sure what the law is on this. The choice to end the pregnancy should be the mother's, not anyone else's. As for it being murder, it most certainly is not. It is however the taking away from the woman of her future child and that should be a grave...

You are referring to Exodus 21:22,23 22 "If men who are fighting hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely [5] but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows. 23 But if there is serious injury, you are to take...

But you are not, are you? So your analogy is worthless.

I will mention the name of Jesus whenever I please and however I please and I won't ask for your approval. There are many interpretations of the Bible and I am certain you are not the only one with a direct line to Heaven. I cannot believe you have the audacity to make the personal accusation...

Laws are concerned with the behavior of INDEPENDENT human beings toward one another. A fetus is not independent of its mother. It lives **INSIDE** of her, it shares in her blood, her oxygen, her flesh, her nutrients. It is part of her body. Therefore, it is the mother's choice what to do with...

It's probably true that men pressure women to have abortions sometimes, when they wouldn't want to. But I don't think it is a case for the majority of women, especially since women are far better economically nowadays on their own and can care for a child if they wish to keep it. As far as...

Speak in the name of Jesus?? How does mentioning what I think Jesus would do equate speaking in the name of Jesus? I would never have such presumption to speak for Jesus - I leave that to people like yourself. I simply have an opinion and believe in my God-given right to hold it. What's wrong...

Judge: says Bush Abortion Ban Unconstitutional

The analogy you are drawing here between a criminal/victim and mother/fetus is without value. The relation between mother and potential child is such a unique one that there is no parallel for it. The child depends on the mother completely for the first few months, draws all his/her life (blood...

That is good of you, but the baby you adopted is one out of millions. And all the other millions have grown up and are growing up feeling utterly rejected and unloved. If it was not for abortion, there would be even more such children - how can not having an abortion be a loving choice? Love for...

So all of you who are so adamantly against abortion, what have you done today for any one of the tens of millions of orphaned, hungry, lonely children with no one to love them? And to the 18 year old male who wrote he'd "slap that woman" thanks for revealing your true colors. This is what this...
