    Nicene, or Korean?

That is exactly why I don't recommend it as much as the others -- it is not as well known nor is it common across the denominations like the others. If hypothetically one had to choose only one creed to follow, one that no one (not me anyway :)) has heard of would not be recommended.

Bible questions Sunday School teachers wouldn't let me ask

 Well, the law was not given yet, so when there is no law, there is no trespass, yet when two (in the case of Adam and Eve) and eight (in the case of Noah and family) had to populate and repopulate the earth, respectively, what we take as sin from the law of Moses as incest was sort of...

Bible questions Sunday School teachers wouldn't let me ask

"Where did Cain's wife come from? (Genesis)" Women were generally not mentioned in the Old Testament. Cain's wife was likely a daughter of Adam and Eve. "How come Mary wasn't struck mute when she asked the same question Zechariah asked? That doesn't seem fair. (Luke)" Zacharias demanded...

    Escaping The Days To Come

"Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man." (Luke 21:36 KJV) Hey, I read this and was wondering why I haven't heard anyone that is a christian praying to escape the days to come...

    Nicene, or Korean?

If you had to chose one, the old paths (Nicene and Apostles) are probably better because then you would share the same beliefs as many before you. Additionally, the Nicene and Apostles creeds are standard in many churches from Catholicism to Methodism, etc. The Nicene and Apostles are really...

    Sinners all

Except Jesus who was 100% God 100% Human and yet had no sin.

A drink, a shot, a keg, or none at all?

The United Methodist church does not use alcohol in the communion wine for the sake of recovering alcoholics. Additionally, the church does support abstinence from alcohol. From the scriptures, I believe a little is permitted (1 Timothy 5:23), but we are called to be sober and abstain from...
