I have encountered these and more in teaching inquiry and RCIA classes over the years. I have found that appropriate catachesis with references from scripture and the catechism go along way to counter them. Those open to the truth can be taught. Those with a closed mind will never be convinced.

I like all the replies so far, however, we need to be reminded that Hell is real and that many go there. There are way too many homilies on God's love leading us to believe that no one can fail. Indeed God is perfect and infinite love but in giving us free will we can choose to reject that...

Moral Relatavism is the most dangerous theological opinion IMHO. When humanity believes the Church must conform to the whims of the culture rather than soceity accepting the authority of the church, we are in trouble.
