CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Well, what can I say. It's always tough to describe yourself. I'm a very down to earth kind of guy. I'm the type of person who wants to always do the right thing no matter the cost, but sometimes struggles to do so. I'm always trying to learn more about God and let Him work on me daily. I desire to live a life that reflects how Jesus lived. So if you couldn't tell, I'm pretty spiritually self aware. However, I do enjoy some of the pleasures God has gifted us with. I'm huge into sports. Not obsessive, but it certainly is a part of my life. I'm also quite the nerd, love my video games. So I think that makes me a nock (nerd/jock). I just made that up, because that's what I do. Did I mention I love random things, they tend to make me laugh! Anyways, I have a heart that loves God and am trying to love people and some days it can be a challenge. When you boil me down, I suppose I'm pretty simple and one of my biggest joys in life is being in the company of friends.
